ALL STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE

ALL students participating in the After School Athletics program need to have a Physical each year to be considered eligible to play, participate, practice, and even try-out! The Physical is only one portion of the Athletic Packet.
ALL students need to complete:
* Academic and Behavioral Eligibility Requirements 
* Student Insurance
* Dr. Physical Exam
*Athletic Packet (through Illuminate)

Mission Hill is no longer using FamilyId to sign up students for sports.  You can now complete the athletic packet from the Parent Portal https://sccs.illuminatehc.com/login on Illuminate.  You will need to log into the parent portal, click on forms from the menu options on the left side.  Then complete the athletic packet for your student.

* Dr. examen físico
* Paquete Deportivo (a través del portal Illuminate)

 Mission Hill no está utilizando el sitio FamilyId para inscribir estudiantes en deportes. Ahora pueden completar el Paquete Deportivo en el Portal de Padres https://sccs.illuminatehc.com/login en Illuminate.  Deben acceder al portal de padres, hacer clic en forms fen el menu en el lado izquierdo. Luego, completar el paquete deportivo para su estudiante.
