K: Get your brown paper bags ready!

D: For what?

K: To cover the textbooks that you’ll be using this year.  Textbook checkouts start on Thursday, and you’ll want to be ready to keep your books in good condition and away from things that could eat or stain your books.

D: What could eat your books?

K: Mostly just dogs, but I suppose a bear might eat your book if it had chocolate milk stains on it...

Got questions about how to complete your athletic packet?  Ask Keyana Stanford, come by the library, or check with your PE teachers during office hours.

Community Mural Needs Your Help!

We're making great progress on the new mural at Santa Cruz Mission State Historic Park and we'd love some extra help! Come help finish the tile mosaic between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. today and tomorrow.  This mural was designed by 2 MH students: Flora Chatwin and Katherine Tkoch. The students in Multi-media classes fabricated most of the mural.

We are at the finishing stage and  could really use some help today and tomorrow between 3-8.

We are on Mission St. between the clock tower and Holy Cross, just 4 blocks down the street from MHMS. We'd love to see you there!
